In this quick tip Victor talks about how to self evaluate your goals and close the gap between where you are now and where you want to go with your cycling.Goals and Challenges

The exercise is simple. Just write down on a small piece of paper your 1 overreaching goal in cycling.

Then on another piece of paper write your biggest challenge with cycling.

When you are done, try and notice the gap or disconnect between your goal and your challenge.

This will help give you clarity on what you need to work on in your cycling.
