Trainers and Rollers

  1. Thanks for all the info. You guys are all doing a great job. I have a question about trainers. Some fluid trainers say that they are adjustable & some say they have a progressive resistance including the cyclops ones. Which do you choose?


    • Hi Eric and thanks!

      I have used both and actually they are both progressive. As the fluid heats up it expands causing even more friction. The adjustable trainers just allow for even more tension.

  2. Could not agree more. I would also add that being relaxed is also very important. Best way to relax is to lighten the grip in the bars and relax your shoulders or try to let your face go slack. – Coach Rob
