    Sad but true even if I don’t feel like climbing the hills to get out of my neighborhood this works for me.
    I put on my cycling clothing on check the weather and windspeed and end up going cycling. I always end up enjoying the ride.

    This is simple. I ride because it makes me feel good. If I have no money, if I am feeling sad, if I am feeling out of shape, if I am feeling tired. Getting on my bike cures it all.
